There is no disputes on the historical roots of the Phoenician Amazigh and the Roman presence in Morocco dated back to the medieval era. However, the establishment of Morocco's independence from the Roman Empire and the Bani al-Abbas Caliphate in the Levant did not take place before the advent of Imam Idris bin Abdullah al-Kamil al-Hasani al-Alawi, to whom the Amazigh Sheikhs and tribal leaders who pledged allegiance to him, are credited with building and sustaining the independent Alawite (Alid) Moroccan state.
In this connection, when we talk of the State’s construction, we are not referring to its existence as a modern nation state in its concept of political entity, government and people, but as an institution of the EMIRATE OF THE FAITHFUL whose foundations have been firmly established to this day, as the Commander of the Faithful is from the same lineage and founding house from the sons of Imam Abdullah al-Kamil al-Hasani, Sheikh of Banu Hashim in Medina, who died in 145 years of the Hijrah.
It is well known that after the death of the Companion As'ad bin Zurara, who was the Union Captain (Naqib) of the Banu al-Najjar, the Prophet's uncles from Khazraj in Medina, his people told the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that there was no Union Captain (Naqib) for them, and the Messenger of Allah said, "I am your NAQIB." Therefore, the UNION (NUQABAT) was a great matter that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, took over and performed it himself.
It is noteworthy that the establishment of the Ashraf Union (Nuqabat Al Ashraf) in the Islamic world was established first in Morocco before the East, and the first Union Head ( Naqib ) known in Islamic history after the Prophet was SIDI AHMED "Mazwar" - meaning the Chief of the People and their Head - bin Imam ALI HAYDARA al-Hasani al-Alawi, who died in the year 250 AH of the HIJR al-NISR, Idriside STRONGHOLD in Sumata from Beni Arous.

The Sultans of the Alawite state is concern with the matter and extended his compliment to the Captain of the Union in their generous decrees, thus legitimizing the union, which has long had the status equivalent to a ministry. The Captain is chosen from those with a clear lineage, knowledge and high morals.
Among the Vice-Captains who had a great impact in spreading Muhammadan morals (Akhlaq Muhammadiah) among Muslims was the classy lad MOHAMED AL AMINE BIN Al HAMED al-Hasani, blessed with unabated preoccupation to committing the genealogical and historical details to memories, a vocation in which he was authorized by great scholars within and out of Morocco.
The young Fassi, who catapulted to international fame and recognition over the years, has had an Islamic traditional and protocolic training follow by higher academic pursuit and diplomatic studies, coupled with international experience that contributes to the scientific and spiritual radiation and increases the attachment of Muslims to Morocco.

Considering it to be a safety valve for an ancient nation built on a unique social contract, is the indigenous people's attachment to the pledge of allegiance to the Prophet's progeny, a contract that originated from love and affection based on justice, which was and still is a symbol of the stability we enjoy in Morocco.

لا جدل حول الجذور التاريخية الفينيقية الأمازيغية والحضور الروماني في المغرب منذ دهر، الا أن تبلور المغرب مستقلا عن الإمبراطورية الرومانية أولا وعن خلافة بني العباس بالمشرق ثانيا لم يتم إلا بقدوم الإمام ادريس بن عبد الله الكامل الحسني العلوي الذي يرجع اليه والى مشايخ ورؤساء القبائل الأمازيغية الذين بايعوه ، فضل بناء الدولة المغربية العلوية المستقلة واستمرارها.
وفي هذا الصدد، لما نقول بناء الدولة ، ليس وجودها ككيان سياسي وحكم وشعب ، بل بنائها كمؤسسة إمارة المؤمنين ، التي اُرسيت دعائمها الى يوم الناس هذا، فأميرُ المؤمنين من ذات النسب والبيت المؤسس من بني الإمام عبد الله الكامل الحسني ، شيخ بني هاشم بالمدينة المنورة المتوفي سنة 145 للهجرة.
ولمن المعلوم ، أنه بعد وفاة الصحابي اسعد بن زُرارة الذي كان نقيبا لبني النجار ، أخوال النبي من الخزرج من المدينة، أخبر قومه رسول الله صلى الله عليه واله سلم أنه لا نقيب لهم ، فقال رسول الله أنا نقيبكم، فلهذا كانت النقابة أمرا جليلا قد تولاه و قام به رسول الله صلى الله عليه واله وصحبه وسلم بنفسه
وفي ذات السياق، أبرز المتخصصون أن النقابة المبنية على الموافقة الملكية لها صلاحيات عديدة، منها حفظ وضبط وتوثيق أنساب أهل البيت النبوي، وشهاداتها وحدها التي يُحتج بها لدى المحاكم ووزارة الداخلية وأية ادارة. ومن عملها الأخذ بيد الشرفاء الى الأخلاق المصطفوية الحميدة، كما هو مذكور في الظهائر السلطانية ، بل هي الذاكرة النبوية الشريفة في المجتمع.
وقد اهتم بها سلاطين الدولة العلوية ونوهوا بمقام النقباء في ظهائرهم الكريمة ، التي تولي النقابة الصفة الشرعية التي كانت من زمن بعيد بمرتبة الوزارة. يُختار لها النقيب من ذوي النسب الصريح والعلم والأخلاق العليّة.
ولا تزال نقابة الأشراف قائمة في عهدنا بفضل اهتمام أمير المؤمنين ، رئيس أهل البيت النبوي بالمغرب، ومن بين نواب النقباء الذين كان لهم أثر كبير في نشر الأخلاق المحمدية الكريمة بين المسلمين الشاب محمد أمين بن حامد الحسني، مع الاهتمام التام بحفظ الأنساب والتراجم، أجازه في هذا الشأن علماء أكابر داخل المغرب وخارجه.
لقد حظي هذا الشاب الفاسي الذي أصبح له صدى دولي منذ سنوات، بتكوين عتيق ثم بدراسات أكاديمية ودبلوماسية عليا، مشفوعة بخبرة دولية تساهم في الإشعاع العلمي والروحي وزيادة تعلق المسلمين بالمغرب.
كما ساهم الأستاذ في تكريس النموذج المغربي الوسطي للإسلام ، إظهارا لدور الأشراف والزوايا القرآنية في حماية النسيج الاجتماعي من مظاهر التطرف والعُنف والأفكار الخارجية.
وفي الأخير ، تسعى نقابة الشرفاء في تقريب مفاهيم الخلافة المحمدية ونشر الأخلاق الكريمة وقيم التعايش السِّلمي تحت مؤسسة إمارة المؤمنين التي تُشكل خصوصية عظيمة انفرد بها نظام المغرب منذ قرابة ١٣ قرنا. على اعتبار أنها صمّام الأمان لأمة عريقة بنيت على عقد اجتماعي فريد ، هو تعلق السكان الأصليين ببيعة حفيد النبي ، عقد أصله المحبة المبنية على العَدل، والذي كان ولا يزال رمزا للاستقرار الذي ننعم به في المغرب.
